This support helps NDIS participants find, secure, and maintain employment. It includes tailored services to develop skills, gain work experience, and transition into the workforce. Programs like School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) are designed for early school leavers, while others assist those already in supported employment who are seeking a change.
Employment supports service tailored to meet the participant’s individual employment goals. Work experience in an inclusive employment environment would be offered, to fully understand a participant’s support needs. We will create individualised supports to help your loved ones transition from school to work, engaging with their families and carers around the participant’s goals.
